Patio Cost Calculator
Pick a material, slide the square footage, and get a real budget range for a paver, stamped concrete, broom-finish concrete, or natural stone patio built by our own crew.

Pavers
Starting at $5,000
Pavers are the most common patio material we install across Beaver County: interlocking concrete units set on compacted base stone, with a running-bond or herringbone pattern and a soldier course border. Stamped and broom-finish concrete cost less up front; natural stone runs above pavers for the same footprint.

What drives the number
Three things move a patio estimate.
01
Material
Pavers, stamped concrete, broom-finish concrete, and natural stone all price differently per square foot. Natural stone runs above pavers for the same footprint.
02
Size and base prep
Square footage drives the base price, but so does what's under it: excavation, base stone, and compaction don't shrink with a smaller patio.
03
Extras
A fire pit, seating wall, steps, or low-voltage lighting each add a line item. Pick the ones you actually want and the number moves with you.

FAQ
Patio pricing questions, answered.
How much does a paver patio cost per square foot in Western PA?
Most paver patios we build run roughly $17 to $35 per square foot for a straightforward layout, more for smaller footprints since excavation and base prep don't shrink with the patio, and more again for herringbone or medallion patterns, soldier courses, or a seat wall.
What's the difference between stamped concrete and paver patios?
Stamped concrete is a single poured slab textured to look like stone or brick. It costs less than pavers up front but cracks as one piece and is harder to repair. Pavers are individual units on a compacted base, so a section can be lifted and reset if it settles.
Does a fire pit add a lot to the cost?
A simple built-in fire pit adds around $3,000. A custom fire pit with a seating wall, cap stones, and lighting worked into the surrounding patio runs up toward $12,000. Both are shown in the calculator above as an add-on to your base patio price.
How long does a patio installation take?
A small to mid-size paver or concrete patio typically takes our crew 3 to 7 working days: excavation and base prep, then the surface material, then joint sand or sealant. Adding a fire pit, seating wall, or steps extends that by a few days.
